2D AnimationThis music video explores the complexity of emotions by intertwining the excitement of new beginnings and freedom with the sadness of departure and being left behind. The song speaks of flying toward the future, embracing new adventures, and finding joy in freedom with open wings while also delving into the unspoken story of goodbyes.

The inspiration came from observing planes flying across the sky near LAX airport in Los Angeles. Having lived abroad for eight years, I came to see airplanes as more than just a symbol of travel. They represent both beginnings and endings. For some, they carry hope and excitement. For others, they mark moments of quiet sorrow.

In this video, I aimed to capture that emotional duality. The flight of a plane reflects not only physical distance but emotional separation as well. As the plane takes off, it carries the thrill of the unknown while also leaving behind someone in tears. 
Amid the fireworks and celebration of a new journey, the story 
of the one who stays unfolds in silence.

This contrast between joy and grief creates a layered narrative. It reminds us that every departure holds two perspectives. One is of the person who leaves and the other is of the one who stays. Sometimes, the greatest sadness is found in the stillness that follows someone else’s flight.
